Shipping policy
Our shipments are not immediate. We do not have an exact day for your order arrival, since the current situation we are going through with COVID, the USPS can be a little behind and this is NOT in our hands.
When you order, shipping is not immediate since our purchase process is 1-5 business days (not counting weekends or holidays) plus shipping days. It may take 10 days or less. Once your shipment is made we will let you know with an email that your shipment has already been processed and include your tracking number.
If it does not show in your main inbox please try the spam folder.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or held packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by directly with USPS.
